¿Puedo participar con una licencia de otro deporte, como triatlón? / Can I participate with a license from another sport, like triathlon?

Para estar cubierto por el seguro de la prueba, es necesaria una licencia de ciclismo en vigor o, en su defecto, una licencia de un día que puedes tramitar en el formulario de inscripción en Rock The Sport: Clica aquí para modificar tu inscripción
You need a cycling license in order to be covered by the event insurance. You can also purchase a one-day license at our sign-up platform, Rock The Sport: Click here to change your sign-up info.

Cierre de inscripciones / End of the registration process

Las inscripciones estarán abiertas hasta el 12 de febrero a las 23:59 CET en https://www.rockthesport.com/es/evento/gran-fondo-jaen-paraiso-interior-2025
También será posible inscribirse la misma mañana del evento en Centro Cultural Hospital de Santiago, en la siguiente franja horaria: sábado 15, de 7:30 a 8:30.

It will also be possible to sign up right before the event, at its start line over at Centro Cultural Hospital de Santiago, on the following window: Saturday 15th, 7.30AM to 8.30AM.

¿Cómo consigo el maillot Pissei? / How do I get the Pissei jersey?

Los participantes de la opción Premium tienen derecho a un maillot especial diseñado y producido por Pissei, cuya talla facilitarás durante la inscripción. Puedes recogerlo en la entrega de dorsales, cuyos detalles encontrarás en esta página.
(1) Inscripciones Premium disponibles hasta fin de existencias.
(2) El maillot no se enviará por correo: deberás venir a Whim Gravel and Road a recogerlo.
Those who choose the Premium sign-up will automatically get a Pissei jersey, especially designed and produced for our event. You can claim your Pissei jersey at the sign-in. You may find more details on the sign-in process in this same page.
(1) Premium sign-up opened until end of the stock.
(2) You have to claim this jersey at Whim Gravel and Road. It won’t be sent to your home over the mail.

Recogida de dorsales y maillots / Backnumber and Jersey Collection

Tienes dos opciones para recoger tu dorsal, así como tu bolsa del corredor y tu maillot (si tienes una inscripción Premium):
(1) Viernes 14/02, 16:00 – 20:30, Whim Gravel and Road.
(2) Sábado 15/02, 07:30 – 08:30, Centro Cultural Hospital de Santiago.
You may pick up your backnumber, along with the Rider’s Pack and the event’s jersey (if you have a Premium registration) in the following two windows:
(1) Friday 14/02, 16:00 – 20:30, Whim Gravel and Road.
(2) Saturday 15/02, 07:30 – 08:30, Centro Cultural Hospital de Santiago.

Aparcamiento / Parking

La organización no tiene aparcamiento concertados pero recomienda aparcar en las zonas aledañas a la ubicación de salida y llegada.

There won’t be a closed parking for the participants of our event. In any case, we advise you to park on the following locations:

Bicicletas / Bikes

Recomendamos utilizar bicicletas ‘gravel’ o de carretera, adaptando las presiones de las ruedas de éstas al ‘sterrato’. No se puede participar con bicicletas de ‘mountain bike’.
Our advice is to use either gravel or road bikes, adjusting the tyre pressure to the conditions of the ‘sterrato’. You can’t participate on a MTB.

Premios y Clasificaciones / Prizes and Classifications

Sólo otorgaremos premios a los ciclistas más jóvenes y veteranos, masculinos y femeninas, y al club más numeroso en línea de salida. Habrá cronometraje entre salida y meta, pero nosotros consideramos esta Gran Fondo como no competitiva.
We are only awarding prizes to the youngest and oldest riders in both genders and to the larger crew – that is, the cycling club entering the most participants. There will be a timing service, measuring from start to finish, although we deem this Gran Fondo as non-competitive.

Avituallamiento / Feeding Point

Habrá un punto de avituallamiento entre Sabiote y Úbeda para los participantes inscritos con tarifa General y Premium, por el cual se pasará en los kilómetros 60 y 82 de recorrido.
There will be a feeding point between Sabiote and Úbeda for those riders who have signed up for General and Premium fees. We will reach this feeding point at kilometres 60 and 82 of the route.

Duchas / Showers

Comida final / Final Lunch

El sábado 15 a partir de las 13:00, al término de la Gran Fondo, habrá una comida para todos los participantes en La Central de Úbeda. https://maps.app.goo.gl/kUYWF2kLU6rSbpoUA

Seguridad / Safety

Todos los participantes reconocen y aceptan expresamente que la prueba se desarrollará con tráfico abierto y que están obligados, en todo momento, a respetar las normas del Código de Circulación: circulación por el lado derecho de la carretera, sin posibilidad de invadir el carril izquierdo; respeto escrupuloso a las señales de circulación (stop, ceda el paso, etc.); sometimiento a las instrucciones y órdenes de los agentes de Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado; así como cualquier otra instrucción precisa en materia de seguridad vial.
Habrá al menos un reagrupamiento durante el recorrido. La seguridad es lo primero.
La organización dispondrá de un vehículo de cierre (“coche escoba”), el cual circulará a la velocidad media más baja calculada por la organización para cumplir el horario previsto. Todo corredor que se vea rebasado por este vehículo deberá entregar su dorsal y subir en el mismo, quien lo trasladará a la línea de meta.
Aquellos corredores que se vean rebasados por el vehículo de cierre y no se suban en el mismo, estarán obligados a entregar su dorsal y podrán seguir circulando de manera libre, quedando automáticamente excluidos de la prueba. A partir de este momento, circularán como cualquier otra persona a título individual, sin que puedan reclamar cuestión alguna a la organización.
Although the organizer is taking safety measures to guarantee a smooth ride to all participants, roads will be open and participants will therefore need to behave accordingly to Spanish traffic rules.
The bunch will regroup at least once over the route. Safety first!
If you are overtaken by the broom wagon, you will be on your own and outside of the event.

Cancelación de la inscripción / Cancel Registration

Sólo se cancelarán inscripciones por causa médica documentada. No se realizará reembolso: sólo se permitirá el cambio de titular de la inscripción o se emitirá un vale para inscribirse en futuras ediciones. Por favor, envía tu justificante médico y el localizador de tu inscripción a sports@momparlercycling.es
Registrations can only be cancelled for medical reasons. The sign-up fee won’t be refunded, yet you will be allowed to transfer your registration ticket to a friend or you will get a voucher to sign up for a future edition of our event. Please send your a document attesting your medical condition along with your registration ID to sports@momparlercycling.es
